Welcome to ContFiables, a TWS² product designed to simplify and streamline electronic invoicing processes. By using the service you accept these terms, so we recommend reading them carefully.
1. Definitions
User: the individual or legal entity using the platform. Service: the set of features provided by ContFiables. Platform: the ContFiables software and mobile application.
2. Acceptance of terms
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance.
3. Description of the service
ContFiables enables the issuing and receiving of electronic invoices, customer and product management, data security, payment integration and user support. It is available in the InvoiceMobile, InvoiceWeb and InvoicePOS versions.
4. Use of the service
Users must register with accurate information, keep their account confidential and immediately report any unauthorized access. Using the service for unlawful activity is prohibited.
5. Plans and pricing
The platform offers a free version and paid versions. Details of each plan and its fees are available in the pricing section of this site.
6. Billing and payments
Fees for paid services must be paid according to the terms of the selected plan. Applicable taxes are billed separately. Late payment may result in suspension or cancellation of the account.
7. Cancellation and termination
Users may cancel their plan at any time from their profile settings. TWS² reserves the right to terminate accounts that breach these terms or pose a security risk.
8. Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights over the ContFiables service and platform belong to TWS². Users may not reproduce, duplicate or exploit the service without written consent.
9. Privacy and security
We are committed to protecting user privacy and data. The Privacy Policy provides detailed information on this.
10. Limitation of liability
ContFiables is provided "as is" and "as available". TWS² is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
11. Changes to the service and terms
TWS² reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service and to update these terms. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of it.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the territory in which TWS² operates. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
